Reception and Administration

There are 30 reception and admin staff across both surgeries. They are trained to assist you in making appointments to see the doctor, undertake repeat prescriptions and to offer help and assistance at all times.

The administration team includes staff with responsibility for requesting reports from other agencies and the updates of information on the computer. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient records is maintained at the highest level by all staff. There are three part-time secretaries who are based at Ashby Road but all admin and secretarial staff work for both surgeries.
